OLIVIA, affectionately known as LIVVIE, is most definitely a sweetheart! She is very loving, and adored by the adults and kiddos in her family, but unfortunately, Livvie is extremely fearful of the family's 12 month and 5 yr old children. In fact, she hides in her kennel, and only ventures out when the kiddos are asleep or in bed. She was adopted with the intention of being a family pet, but it does not appear that things will work out as planned. And, the children just don't understand why Livvie won't come out and play with them. She is in no way aggressive towards the children, she just retreats from any interaction with two very disappointed kids. Livvie is just under 2 years and weighs approx at 40 lbs. She is most likely an American Staffordshire Terrier mix. She is very quiet and well-behaved, including being house and crate trained. However, she has been known to snore kinda loudly! She loves playing with toys, and enjoys romping-n-playing in her fenced backyard. While in the yard, she is very respectful of the children's play houses and toys. Livvie is such a good girl! She would be the absolute BFF for a single person/couple, or active retirees, looking for a devoted companion. Or, a family with older children would be a great fit for this sweet girl. Livvie has been friendly with the dogs she has met, but she has never met a cat, so we do not know how she feels about them yet. This smart, sweet-natured, beautiful girl will be an amazing addition to your family!
Livvie is super healthy... dewormed, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative.
